Introduction

Islamic Studies and Public Culture Research Institute affiliated with Ma'araj Research Institute of Revelation Sciences with a not-so-long history in line with the goals of Isra International Foundation for Revelation Sciences with the aim of promoting, developing and deepening divine knowledge in public culture based on the creative and expressive works of Hazrat Ayatollah Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli Damat Barkate is busy.
The mission of this research institute is to promote the culture and moral excellence of the Islamic and global society, and therefore, it acts as a bridge between the general culture and the revealed and intellectual teachings that His Holiness expressed in a specialized manner and works based on the thoughts and He produces and publishes his works in derived, research and regulatory forms.
The regulations of the research institute in two pages and in the form of three goals, five policies and three groups with the name "Islamic Studies, Culture and Civilization Research Institute" were approved by the Supreme Council of Ma'araj Research Institute of Revelation Sciences on 8/25/1995.

Targets
1. Expanding the intellectual and religious authority of Hazrat Ayatollah Javadi Amoli (Dam Zaleh)
2. Identifying deep objective (and not subjective) issues and solving them in relation to the social world
3. An introduction to the pure Islamic system in the field of public and elite culture

2. Prioritizing research issues by considering the intellectual and real governmental or public gaps

4. Management of all researches, projects and activities, under the supervision of the director of the research institute

1. Islamic Iran Thought and Culture Group
Mission:
Identifying and solving deep social and governance issues; With topics: citizenship and civil rights, population, art, urban development, ethics, work discipline, Islamic lifestyle, model of progress
2. Department of Islamic World Civilization Studies
Mission:
Identifying and solving the deep problems of the Islamic world with the aim of achieving a new Islamic civilization; With topics: the problem of takfir and unity, the model of the Islamic system, pure Islam, the requirements of the new Islamic civilization, the model of Islamic movements.
3. Department of International Studies
Mission:
Identifying and solving the deep problems of the world of the oppressed and the impasses of the modern West; with topics:
Rationality, faith, political relations, redefinition of man, human rights

مقدمه

پژوهشکده مطالعات اسلامی و فرهنگ عمومی وابسته به پژوهشگاه علوم وحیانی معارج با پیشینه نه چندان طولانی در راستای اهداف بنیاد بین المللی علوم وحیانی اسراء با هدف ترویج، توسعه و تعمیق معارف الهی در فرهنگ عمومی بر پایه آثار بنانی و بیانی حضرت آیت الله العظمی جوادی آملی دامت برکاته مشغول فعالیت است.
رسالت این پژوهشکده ارتقای فرهنگ و تعالی اخلاقی جامعه اسلامی و جهانی است و از این رو، به سان پلی ارتباطی میان فرهنگ عمومی و معارف وحیانی و عقلانی که معظم له به صورت تخصصی بیان نموده است، عمل کرده و آثاری را بر اساس اندیشه ها و آثار ایشان به صورت های برگرفته، تحقیقی و تنظیمی تولید و نشر می نماید.
آیین نامه پژوهشکده در دو صفحه و در قالب سه هدف، پنج سیاست و سه گروه با نام «پژوهشکده مطالعات اسلامی و فرهنگ و تمدّن» در تاریخ 25/8/95 به تصویب شورای عالی پژوهشگاه علوم وحیانی معارج رسید.
آیین نامه ساختاری پژوهشکده مطالعات اسلامی و فرهنگ و تمدّن
اهداف
1. بسط مرجعیت فکری و دینی حضرت آیت الله جوادی آملی (دام ظله)
2. شناسایی مسائل عمیق عینی (و نه ذهنی) و حلّ و فصل آنها در نسبت با جهان اجتماعی
3. معرّفی منظومه ی اسلام ناب در حوزه ی فرهنگ عمومی و نخبگانی
سیاستها
1. پژوهشی بودن تمامی فعالیتهای پژوهشکده (نه تبلیغی و ترویجی)
2. اولویت بندی مسائل پژوهشی با در نظر گرفتن خلأهای فکری و واقعیِ حاکمیتی و یا عمومی
3. پاسخ به مسائل شناسایی شده به صورت فعال، (به گونه ای که منفعل از عوامل خارجی نباشد)
4. راهبری تمام پژوهش ها، پروژه ها و فعالیت ها، زیر نظر مدیر پژوهشکده
5. جهت دهی فعالیت ها با توجه به نیازهای واقعی نخبگان میانی (طلاب و دانشجویان)
6. همکاری با «طرح ملی ملکوت» و زمینه سازی جهت اجرای طرح ها و پروژه های آنها

شناسایی و حلّ و فصل مسائل عمیق اجتماعی و حاکمیتی؛ با موضوعات: حقوق شهروندی و مدنی، جمعیت، هنر، شهر سازی، اخلاق، انضباط کاری، سبک زندگی اسلامی، الگوی پیشرفت
2. گروه مطالعات تمدّنی جهان اسلام
مأموریت:
شناسایی و حلّ و فصل مسائل عمیق جهان اسلام با هدف دست یابی به تمدّن نوین اسلامی؛ با موضوعات: مسئله تکفیر و وحدت، الگوی نظام اسلامی، اسلام ناب، الزامات تمدّن نوین اسلامی، الگوی جنبش های اسلامی
3. گروه مطالعات بین الملل
مأموریت:
شناسایی و حلّ و فصل مسائل عمیق جهان مستضعفین و بن بست های غرب مدرن؛ با موضوعات:
عقلانیت، ایمان گرایی، روابط سیاسی، باز تعریف انسان، حقوق بشر

1. پروژه جامعه متعالی و شاخص های آن:
پروژه مهم و بنیادینی که با هدف شناسایی استانداردها و شاخص های فرهنگ والای اسلامی و انسانی و شناساندن آن به مردم و مسئولین جامعه جهت برنامه ریزی و تهیه اسناد بالا دستی تهیه و اجرا می شود که حدود 200 صفحه از آن به رشته تحریر درآمده و ممکن است در چندین مجلد چاپ شود.
2. محبت الهی و سبک زندگی (حدود 70 ص به رشته تحریر در آمده)
